石油化工企业是耗能大户,是耗蒸汽的大户,是凝结水产生大户。制取生产过程中所需的大量蒸汽要耗用大量的新鲜水和燃料,有效利用生产装置产生的凝结水,对于石化企业节能、节水、减排有重大作用。文中介绍了中石化股份公司金陵分公司对生产装置产生的凝结水进行处理回用的技术改造经验,在石化企业中有一定借鉴价值。
Petrochemical enterprises is energy-hungry, is a large steam consumption, is a large condensate water. Making a large amount of steam required in the production process consumes a large amount of fresh water and fuel, and effectively utilizing the condensate produced by the production facilities plays a significant role in saving energy, saving water and reducing emissions in petrochemical enterprises. This paper introduces the experience of technological transformation of the condensate produced by the production plant of Jinling Branch of Sinopec Corp. It has some reference value in petrochemical enterprises.
