这次全国指纹破案会战于2003年6月下旬开始,会战时间暂定半年。全国指纹破案会战的特点 1.能够侦破一大批流窜犯罪案件。这次指纹破案会战核查比对的现场指纹,都是历年来全国各地发现和提取、在本地指纹库里没有比中、需在全国范围进行核查比对的现场指纹。 2.它是一种新的、重要的“网上作战”形式。这次会战主要是依靠指纹自动识别系统,在全国范围内开展现场指纹远程查询比对,对指纹自动识别系统和计算机网络依赖性强。 3.打好这一仗,将对犯罪起到很大震慑作用。目前掌握的未破案件的现场指纹,许多是多年未破的大案要案的指纹。全国指纹自动识别系统建设情况公安部建立了全国未破案件现场指纹库,现已收集各地未破案件现场指纹40万枚。至2002年12月,全国采集的十
