目的:建立HPLC法同时测定复合维生素B泛酸钙口服溶液中维生素B_1和维生素B_6的含量。方法:采用Elite C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-庚烷磺酸钠溶液(10:90);检测波长为280nm;流速:1.0ml·min~(-1)。结果:维生素B_1及维生素B_6的线性范围分别为19.8~198.4μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9)和6.2~62μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9)。维生素B_1平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.4%;维生素B_6平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.6%(n=6)。结论:方法快速、简单、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin B_1 and vitamin B_6 in the oral solution of compound vitamin B calcium pantothenate. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - heptane sulfonate solution (10:90) on a C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 280 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ 1). Results: The linear ranges of vitamin B_1 and vitamin B_6 were 19.8-198.4 μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) and 6.2-62 μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9), respectively. The average recovery of vitamin B_1 was 99.8% with RSD of 0.4%. The average recovery of vitamin B_6 was 99.9% with RSD of 0.6% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for this preparation.
