本文描述了一种用调节沉淀聚合法制备不同分子量聚丙烯酰胺的新方法。以过硫酸钾为引发剂,以异丙醇为调节剂和沉淀剂,在异丙醇一水中进行了丙烯酰胺的调节沉淀聚合的研究,制得了分子量由(10)~4到(16)~6的非水解体聚丙烯酰胺。本文还研究了聚合转化率及聚丙烯酰胺分子量同异丙醇含量之间的一些规律。
This article describes a new method for the preparation of polyacrylamides of different molecular weights by conditioning precipitation polymerization. Using potassium persulfate as initiator and isopropanol as regulator and precipitant, the precipitation polymerization of acrylamide was carried out in isopropanol-water, and the molecular weight was calculated from (10) ~ 4 to (16) ~ 6 non-hydrolyzed polyacrylamide. This article also studied the polymerization conversion and polyacrylamide molecular weight and isopropanol content between some of the rules.
