T颗粒技术在尘肺诊断中的应用研究

目的探讨T颗粒技术在尘肺高仟伏胸片在尘肺病诊断中的应用价值。方法将采用T颗粒技术拍摄的胸片与传统的蓝屏一蓝片技术胸片进行对照。结果980例T颗业技术拍摄的尘肺胸片均可清晰显示肺组织结构及尘肺病灶,与传统摄片技术相比,T颗粒技术对尘肺早期患者的确诊率更高,且照射剂量仅为传统技术的50%左右。结论T颗粒摄片技术可有效提高尘肺患者的确诊率,降低受检者的照射剂量有推广应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of T particle technology in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis with pneumothorax high thousands of volt chest radiographs. Methods The chest radiographs taken with T-pellet technique were compared with the conventional blue-screen-blue technique chest radiographs. Results 980 cases of T pneumoconiosis technology were able to clearly show the lung tissue structure and pneumoconiosis lesions. Compared with the traditional radiography, the diagnostic accuracy of T particle technology in patients with early pneumoconiosis was higher, and the irradiation dose was only traditional About 50% of technology. Conclusion T particle imaging technique can effectively improve the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis patients, reduce the dose of the subjects have the promotion and application value.
