在 Gleeble15 0 0热模拟机上测定了 85 0℃下经变形为 5 0 %的单道次及多道次轧制的试样的动态 CCT曲线 ,并以此为依据在 Ar3 附近进行了用多道次累积大变形代替单道次大变形的轧制对比实验。结果发现 :在奥氏体未再结晶区进行大压下量、短间隔时间的轧制 ,可以细化 α晶粒。而且 ,多道次累积大变形与单道次大变形一样可以得到细小的铁素体晶粒。
The dynamic CCT curves of single-pass and multi-pass rolling samples deformed by 5% at 85 0 ℃ were measured on a Gleeble1500 thermal simulator. Based on this, dynamic CCT curves were measured in the vicinity of Ar3 with multi-pass Sub-cumulative large deformation instead of single large deformation of rolling comparative experiment. As a result, it was found that the α grain can be refined by rolling the austenite non-recrystallized zone at a large reduction amount and at a short interval. Moreover, multi-pass cumulative large deformation and single large deformation can get the same small ferrite grains.
