稀土元素作为微量肥料的使用,对茶叶及其他农作物有增产效果。茶叶是人们最常用的饮料,茶叶中稀土元素含量必然受到人们所关心。因此,研究茶叶中稀土元素含量的测定方法有其现实意义。本文采用PMBP/苯、异戊醇协同萃取分离-ICP-AES同时测定茶叶中微量稀土元素。文中对萃取分离及光谱测定诸条件进行优化选择,并对试样进行了分析。本法具有快速、灵敏,精密度和准确度好等优点。
The use of rare earth elements as a trace fertilizer, tea and other crops have increased production. Tea is the most commonly used beverage, the content of rare earth elements in tea is bound to be people’s concern. Therefore, the determination of rare earth elements in tea has its practical significance. In this paper, PMBP / benzene, isoamyl alcohol synergistic extraction-ICP-AES simultaneous determination of trace amounts of rare earth elements in tea. In this paper, the conditions of extraction, separation and spectrometry were optimized and the samples were analyzed. This law has the advantages of fast, sensitive, precision and accuracy.
