教师的人际关系和谐与否直接影响教育教学成效。教师在工作中建立起来的人际关系主要包括师生关系、同事关系和教师与家长之间的关系,这三种关系的建立受到很多因素的影响,这些因素包括教师的权威意识、个性特点等。
Teachers’ interpersonal harmony or not directly affects the effectiveness of education and teaching. Teachers ’interpersonal relationships established in the work mainly include the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between colleagues and the relationship between teachers and parents. The establishment of these three relations is influenced by many factors, including the teachers’ sense of authority, personality characteristics and so on.
