对入世后我国花生产业有关问题进行了分析。通过国内外市场价格、产量、出口量等数据比较,提出发展花生生产对满足国内油料供应,减少油料进口,防范转基因产品风险,增加农民收入,解决农村劳动力剩余和促进西部开发等问题的重大意义,指出花生是入世后我国参与国际竞争的重要产业。从花生生产、品种、食品安全、加工和贸易等分析了制约花生生产发展的主要问题,并提出解决对策和建议。
After the accession to the WTO, China’s peanut industry issues were analyzed. The significance of developing peanut production to meet the domestic oil supply, reduce oil imports, prevent risks of genetically modified products, increase farmers’ income, solve the rural labor surplus and promote the development of the western region are proposed based on the data of domestic and international market prices, output and export volume , Pointed out that peanut is an important industry in which China participates in international competition after its accession to the WTO. The main problems that restrict the development of peanut production are analyzed from the peanut production, varieties, food safety, processing and trade, and some solutions to the problems are put forward.
