会展与旅游的结合近乎是天作之合,它们互相促进,共同发展。会展旅游为旅行社、饭店等带来新的发展空间,使城市经济产生了新的亮点。但就当前中国会展旅游发展的实际情形而言,在空间发展模式上还呈现出一种“小集中、大分散“的集散发展格局。而处于这样一种格局下的发展模式,所能产生的直接结果只可能是“广种薄收”——成本投入与所得收益比例严重失衡,这也就使得会展旅游对旅游业乃至城市或区域经济的贡献,可能并不甚理想。
The combination of exhibition and tourism is almost a perfect match, they promote each other and seek common development. MICE tourism has brought new space for development for travel agencies and hotels, bringing new highlights to the urban economy. However, as far as the current situation of MICE development in China is concerned, it has also shown a pattern of “small concentration and large dispersion” in the space development model.
