低应变法适用于检测混凝土桩的桩身完整性,判定桩身缺陷的程度及位置。它属于快速普查桩的施工质量的一种半直接法,与静载试验和钻芯等直接方法相比,低应变法主要特点是检测速度快、费用低和检测覆盖面广。如采用低应变方法的抽检比例一般占总桩数的20%以上,可降低直接法小比例抽测漏检的概率,并得出桩基础中所有基桩整体施工质量的粗略估计。低应变法已成为桩身施工质量检测中应用最为普及的方法。现以某县污水处理厂二沉池2#池工程钻孔灌注桩为例,简要分析低应变反射波法在钻孔灌注桩检测中的应用。
Low strain method is suitable for testing the integrity of the pile of concrete piles, to determine the extent and location of pile defects. It belongs to a semi-direct method for the construction quality of rapid census pile. Compared with the direct method such as static load test and core drilling, the low strain method is characterized by fast detection, low cost and wide detection coverage. If the sampling rate of low strain method is more than 20% of the total number of piles, the probability of underexposure in direct sampling method can be reduced, and a rough estimate of the overall construction quality of all piles in pile foundation can be obtained. The low strain method has become the most popular method for pile body construction quality inspection. Now taking a # 2 sinking pool bored piles in a Shenxian WWTP as an example, this paper briefly analyzes the application of low strain reflection wave method in the detection of bored piles.
