目的 :测定逍遥散和中药当归中阿魏酸的含量。方法 :用高效液相色谱法测定不同工艺制备的逍遥散提取物以及不同商品来源的当归药材中的阿魏酸含量。使用SpherisorbC18柱 ,以甲醇 - 1%冰醋酸水溶液 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,流速0 .8ml/min ,检测波长 32 0nm。结果 :逍遥散提取物的回收率为 10 0 .5 0 % ,RSD为 0 .9% ;当归药材的回收率为 98.75 % ,RSD为 0 .3%。结论 :该方法简便 ,重复性好 ,其它组分对测定无干扰 ,可用于质量控制。
Objective : To determine the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis and Chinese herbal medicine. Methods : The content of ferulic acid in the Xiaoyao San extract prepared by different techniques and the Chinese medicinal materials of different commercial sources were determined by HPLC. Using a Spherisorb C18 column with a methanol-1% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution (30:70) as the mobile phase, a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and a detection wavelength of 32 nm. Results: The recovery rate of Xiaoyao Powder was 100.50%, RSD was 0.9%, the recovery rate of Angelica sinensis was 98.75% and RSD was 0.3%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reproducible, other components do not interfere with the determination, can be used for quality control.
