二尖瓣反流程度的评估在二尖瓣病变外科手术的术前病例选择及手术方案的确定中起重要作用。二维超声心动图虽是评价反流程度的首选方法,但其存在的不足使其无法成为“金标准”。近年来,随着影像学技术的发展如三维超声、多排螺旋CT、MR等,基于新技术的评价指标部分弥补了二维超声的缺陷,提高了二尖瓣反流程度的评估精确度。本文综述二尖瓣反流程度影像学评估方法的研究进展。
Assessment of mitral valve regurgitation plays an important role in preoperative selection and surgical planning of mitral valve disease. Although two-dimensional echocardiography is the preferred method to evaluate the degree of regurgitation, its inadequacy makes it impossible to become “gold standard”. In recent years, with the development of imaging technology such as three-dimensional ultrasound, multi-slice spiral CT, MR, etc., the evaluation index based on new technology partially compensates for the defects of two-dimensional ultrasound and improves the assessment accuracy of mitral valve regurgitation. This article reviews the research progress of mitral regurgitation imaging assessment methods.
