光阴荏苒,岁月匆匆,深交所行政后勤体制改革三年过渡期即将划上圆满的句号。行政后勤体制改革是深交所满足长远发展的需要和必然选择。行政服务公司的成立,是所领导立足实际、凭着智慧与胆识、科学决策的产物。三年来的实践证明,改革成效明显,所党委提出改革坚持“积极稳妥、分步实施、市场导向”的指导思想科学、可行,行政服务公司正是以此贯彻各项改革之始终,较好地完成了过渡期的各项工作任务。纵观三年改革试点工作,行政服务公司以稳步推进为重点,按照改革的总体目标,结合实际,适时提出了第一年“三稳一降”、第二年“三突破一接轨”、第三年“三创一发展”等循序渐进的分阶段目标,将改革的力度与公司服务特点及未来发展统一起来。过渡期内,确保了改革的平稳过渡,实现了后勤管理模式和运行机制的根本转变,提高了后勤保障能力和服务水平,产生了较好的社会效益和经济效益。行政后勤体制改革,初步实现了深交所、行政服务公司、员工个人的“多赢”目标。为了解员工在改革这三年的切身体会和真实感受,行政服务公司举办了主题为“我与公司共成长”的征文活动,得到了员工的积极参与。本刊选登了部分员工感言,带大家一起去聆听他们的成长历程、所感所悟。 Time flies, years of hurry, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange administrative reform of the logistics system is about to come to a successful conclusion of the three-year transitional period. Throughout the three years of reform pilot work, the administrative service company focused on steady progress. In accordance with the overall objective of reform and in light of the actual conditions, it promptly put forth the first year of “three steady and one drop” in the first year and “three breakthroughs in the first year ”, The third year “ three to create a development ”and other step by step goals, the intensity of reform and service characteristics of the company and future development unify. During the transitional period, a smooth transition of reform was ensured, a fundamental shift in logistics management mode and operating mechanism was achieved, logistical support capabilities and service levels were enhanced, and good social and economic benefits were produced. Administrative reform of the logistics system has initially realized the goal of “win-win” of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, administrative service companies and individual employees. In order to understand the personal experience and real feelings of employees during the three years of reform, the Administrative Services Company held an essay topic with the theme of “I grew up with the company” and got the active participation of employees.
