身体训练是以发展身体素质为目的的训练。身体素质可分为一般身体素质和专项身体素质。一般身体素质的发展是专项身体素质发展的基础,专项身体素质发展的水平决定专项运动水平的高低。在进行一般身体训练时,除应注意青少年的年龄特征外,还必须注意专项运动的特点,这样才能使运动员在一般身体素质发展的基础上有效地提高专项身体素质。
