1.用含黑索金的饲料饲养大白鼠,观察其中毒12周内的一般状态、死亡率、外周血象和病理学变化,并与同浓度TNT、黑索金TNT复合中毒时的中毒效果进行比较。2.黑索金浓度为1.0和0.3%的中毒组动物在20天内全部死亡,0.1%组12周内死亡率为25%,0.05%组动物可以出现某些中毒症状和体重发育迟缓但并不发生死亡。3.黑索金中毒大鼠可出现神经兴奋症状、痉挛发作和贫血。病理组织学检查证明有神经细胞变性和神经髓鞘变性、胸腺淋巴组织萎缩、睾丸萎缩、肺脏胃肠广泛出血、大小肠粘膜表层上皮细胞坏死、肝细胞坏死等变化。这些现象主要发生在黑索金浓度高于0.1%的各中毒组和中毒后自死的动物。4.黑索金和TNT之间并无药理学上的增强作用。相反,复合TNT后可使黑索金引起的神经症状和死亡率明显减轻和下降。
