70B_2采用“K_1十CHA+K_2+CA”叶列系统(图1)设计,毂比用d=0.7是压力较高、风量较小的设计。它对于等积孔较大的金属矿山通风是不够适应的。并由于该设计过份追求高压,忽视经济效果而采用不扭曲风叶。故此类风机用于金属矿山通风电耗过大。实践证明,在原机机械强度允许范围内,通过对其通流部件作局部改造,可以大量节电。本文就该类风机节电改造的若干问题作一探讨。
70B_2 is designed with “K_1 ten CHA + K_2 + CA” leaflet system (Fig. 1). The hub ratio d = 0.7 is a design with higher pressure and smaller air volume. It is not suitable for ventilating metal mines with larger isoporoids. And due to the design of excessive pursuit of high pressure, neglect of economic effects and not to distort the leaves. Therefore, such fans for ventilation of metal mine power consumption is too large. Practice has proved that in the original machine to allow the extent of mechanical strength, through the partial transformation of its flow through the parts, you can save a lot of electricity. This paper discusses some of the problems of this kind of fan energy saving reform.
