基于Coats-Redfern积分法,运用煤的自燃危险性判定方法以及煤的着火活化能理论,采用Visual C++的可视化界面设计,开发了活化能优化计算软件。能快速准确地求解出煤样失水失重阶段、氧化增重阶段和燃烧失重3个阶段对应的活化能E、线性相关系数R和指前因子A。
Based on the Coats-Redfern integral method, using the judgment method of spontaneous combustion danger of coal and the theory of ignition activation energy of coal, Visual Activation Energy Optimization Calculation Software was developed by visual interface design of Visual C ++. The activation energy E, the linear correlation coefficient R and the pre-exponential factor A corresponding to the three phases of water loss during coal weight loss, oxidation and weight gain, and weight loss during combustion can be solved quickly and accurately.
