为了保障雨水排除系统规划与设计的合理性和可靠性,针对国家气象局推出的新的降雨资料数据格式,开发出一套能与该降雨数据无缝衔接的暴雨强度公式推求系统软件。该系统采用两种降雨样本选取方法(年最大值法和年多个样法)选取降雨样本工作数据,采用三种理论频率分析方法(Pearson-Ⅲ型分布、耿贝尔分布和指数分布曲线)进行样本拟合,采用六种数学方法综合计算并择优选取暴雨强度公式参数,保证了暴雨强度公式推求的正确性和可靠性。该系统可以根据当地气象局提供的数值化降雨资料,同时推求出年最大值法和年多个样法两种暴雨强度公式,为推求城市暴雨强度公式奠定了基础。
In order to ensure the rationality and reliability of rainwater drainage system planning and design, a set of rainstorm intensity formulating system software that can seamlessly interface with this rainfall data is developed according to the new rainfall data format developed by National Weather Service. The system uses two kinds of rainfall sample selection method (annual maximum method and multi-sample method) to select the working data of the rainfall sample, and uses three theoretical frequency analysis methods (Pearson-Ⅲ type distribution, Gumbel distribution and exponential distribution curve) The sample fitting, using six mathematical methods to comprehensively calculate and select the parameters of storm intensity formula, to ensure the correctness and reliability of the storm intensity formula. Based on the numerical rainfall data provided by the local meteorological bureau, this system can deduce two kinds of storm intensity formulas of annual maximum method and multi-sample method, which lays the foundation for formulating the urban storm intensity formula.
