目的 :完善益肾通络方的质量标准。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对方中的二苯乙烯苷进行定量分析,色谱条件:以乙腈-水(25︰75)为流动相,流速1.0m L/min,检测波长320nm。结果 :对二苯乙烯苷含量测定方法进行了稳定性、精密度及重复性等方法学考察,结果符合要求。复方中二苯乙烯苷含量为0.0926mg/g。结论 :方法简便易操作,结果准确可靠、重现性好,可作为本复方的质量控制方法。
Objective: To improve the Yishen Tongluo side of the quality standards. Methods: The content of stilbene glycosides was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: acetonitrile-water (25:75) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 m L / min, detection wavelength 320 nm. Results: The method of stability, precision and repeatability of stilbene glycoside assay were investigated. The results were in line with the requirements. Compound stilbene glycoside content of 0.0926mg / g. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to operate with accurate and reliable results and good reproducibility. It can be used as quality control method for this compound prescription.
