１　临床资料　我院自１９９５年１月～１９９７年１２月对６例因听神经瘤术后面瘫施行面副神经吻合术。男２例，女４例，年龄１６～５６岁。均为听神经瘤切除术致面神经损伤。面瘫至面副神经吻合时间为３～６个月，吻合术前均已确诊为完全性面瘫且无自行恢复的可能。手术方法? 1 Clinical data In our hospital from January 1995 to December 1997, 6 cases of facial nerve paralysis due to acoustic neuromas were performed paralysis. There were 2 males and 4 females, aged 16-56 years old. All of them were facial nerve damage caused by acoustic neuroma resection. The anastomosis time from facial paralysis to facial nerve was 3 to 6 months. Before the anastomosis, it was diagnosed as complete facial paralysis and there was no possibility of self-recovery.
