工资集体协商制度在市场经济国家普遍适用,是普通劳动者实现“涨工资”愿望的法定程序,也是建立和谐劳资关系的有效途径。但在我国,一些地方和企业实行这一制度还有一定的阻力。
The system of collective wage negotiations is generally applicable in market economy countries and is the legal procedure for ordinary workers to realize their aspirations of “rising wages.” It is also an effective way to establish a harmonious labor-capital relations. However, in our country, some places and enterprises have some resistance in implementing this system.
