班主任存在于自己的教育场域中,在实践中建构着属于自己的教育世界;班主任完成教育实践的价值引领、决策形成与行动落实,都是自己的班主任工作个性的外显。因此,不论选取何种形式、途径来培养班主任,最终目的应是帮助班主任打磨出其班主任工作个性,借助班主任工作室来培养班主任也不能偏离这一目的。现在,不少班主任工作室在运行中却远离了这一目的追求,产生了一些偏差,大大降低了班主任工作室的运行质量。
The class teacher exists in his educational field, and constructs his own educational world in practice. The class leader’s value leading of completing the educational practice, decision-making formation and action implementation are all the manifestations of his own teacher-work personality. Therefore, no matter what form and means are selected to train the class teacher, the ultimate goal should be to help the class teacher to polish the teacher’s work personality and to help teachers with the class teacher’s studio should not deviate from this purpose. Nowadays, many class directors’ studios are far away from the pursuit of this purpose during operation, resulting in some deviations and greatly reducing the running quality of the class teacher’s studio.
