一个青年加入教师队伍,经过几年的奋斗,教书育人的水平迅速提升,逐渐驾轻就熟,之后其语文教学的新鲜感就会渐渐丧失,除了评定职称的压力,似乎没有其他有挑战的事情,于是职业的倦怠感也就产生了,这必然妨碍其教学质量与水平的进一步提高。作为教师,必须在专业成长的道路上,通过有效的职业生涯设计,使自己的能力、技术、价值观等沿着崇高的目标,不断追求,不断实现。
After a few years of joining the ranks of teachers, a young man has gradually risen in his ability to teach and educate people gradually after graduation. After that, the freshness of Chinese teaching gradually diminishes. There seems to be no other challenging task other than the pressure to assess titles. Vocational burnout also arises, which inevitably hinder the further improvement of its teaching quality and level. As a teacher, we must keep pursuing and continuously realizing our own abilities, technologies and values along the lofty goals through effective career design on the path of professional growth.
