为了准确地获取地层压力,实时调整环空压力,及时调整钻井液的密度,控制井底的当量循环密度,研制了SDC-Ⅰ型随钻地层压力测试器。该测试器分为井下测试系统、地面信息接收及处理系统2部分,井下测试系统负责完成地层压力的测试并存储和上传数据,地面信息接收及处理系统负责对数据进行接收和处理。现场试验表明,该测试器设计合理,可靠性高,压力测量精度达到0.1%,温度测量精度达到±0.5℃,井下供电功率达到160 W。可随钻实现数据上传和井下存储功能,地面可随钻获取井下准确的环空压力、温度、地层压力和地层流度。
In order to obtain the formation pressure accurately, adjust the annulus pressure in real time, adjust the density of the drilling fluid in time and control the equivalent circulating density at the bottom of the well, a SDC-Ⅰ formation pressure tester while drilling is developed. The tester is divided into two parts: underground test system and ground information receiving and processing system. The underground test system is responsible for testing formation pressure and storing and uploading data. The ground information receiving and processing system is responsible for receiving and processing data. Field tests show that the tester has reasonable design, high reliability, pressure measurement accuracy of 0.1%, temperature measurement accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃ and power supply downhole to 160W. Data upload and downhole storage functions can be realized while drilling. The ground can obtain accurate downhole annulus pressure, temperature, formation pressure and formation flow while drilling.
