采用 30m× 0 .2 5mmi.d .OV - 1石英毛细管柱 ,FID氢火焰离子化检测器 ,在柱温 2 2 0℃ ,对氯氰菊酯四个立体异构体进行了完全分离。该法快速、简便、重现性好 ,可同时完成混合物中顺反立体异构体的含量及总量的定量分析。回收率 97.3%~ 98.6%。
The three stereoisomers of cypermethrin were completely separated using a 30m × 0.2mmi.d.OV - 1 quartz capillary column and a FID hydrogen flame ionization detector at a column temperature of 220 ℃. The method is fast, simple and reproducible, and can quantitatively determine the content of cis-trans stereoisomers and the total amount of the mixture simultaneously. Recovery rate of 97.3% ~ 98.6%.
