我省参加《全国29个省、市、自治区出生缺陷监测》工作。现将1986年10月1日～1987年9月30日第1次监测结果分析如下。材料与方法在中央卫生部和省卫生厅领导下,按全国统一计划,在预监测基础上,与全国同步于1986年10月1日开始工作,经全国监测中心电子计算机核实我省63项表格填写质量符合要求。以首次监测结果作为基数,为继续监测奠定基础。在全省选择不同层次有代表性的医院34所。在医院分娩监测数占全省人口0.8‰。符合代表我省全貌的要求。主要以临床检查作为诊断依据,分娩前做 B 超,畸形检出率为20.74%,死后尸检率为18.89%。
Our province participated in the work of monitoring birth defects in 29 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China. The first monitoring results from October 1, 1986 to September 30, 1987 are as follows.
