The use of antibiotics may be associated with an increased risk of breast cancer by affecting immune function, inflammation, estrogen and chemical product metabolism. However, clinical studies on the use of antibiotics and the risk of breast cancer are rare, this article was analyzed. Subjects and Methods Totally 2266 patients with primary invasive breast cancer who were 19 years of age were selected as the case group. Another 7953 age-matched non-breast cancer patients were selected as the control group according to a 1: 3 ratio. Two groups of people were observed for 1 year, and through the use of computer information statistics two groups of antibiotics and breast cancer severity. Finally, the purpose is to analyze the relationship between the use of antibiotics and the risk of breast cancer. Results Between the two groups, age, gender, valid computer data, use of other
