红茶及其热水提取物的制备:取带有芽苞的茶(Camellia sinensis)叶,经干燥处理(干燥程度为72%),以3轴柄单功能滚筒机滚动30分钟,再经CTC(卷曲、撕开和压碎)滚筒机处理,在湿度差值为2°F的湿室中发酵30分钟,发酵叶以浴器型干燥机(温度为180~200°F)最后干燥(得红茶),用聚乙烯袋打包密封备用。取10g,20g红茶及20g绿茶分别以100ml沸蒸馏水浸泡5分钟,过滤,分别得红茶提取物和绿茶提取物。
