哲学是探寻事物的本质和规律并为人的工作、生活提供智慧、方法的一门学问。马克思主义哲学是一种分析和解决问题的思维方式。用马克思主义哲学完整地看待事物,具有五个基本视角和方法,这五个视角和方法分别涉及马克思主义哲学的唯物论、辩证法、实践认识论、历史观和人论,它构成马克思主义哲学的完整内容与分析问题的基本方法。马克思主义哲学的唯物论要求树立求实思维,这种思维体现在认识事物的出发点上,就是要从客观实际出发。马克思主义哲学的唯物辩证法内在要求树立辩证思维,辩证思维内在要求领导干部掌握照辩证法办事的工作方法,即要抓重点带一般,要力戒把重点当成唯一,学会全面或“两面性”看问题,要注重以和谐的方式谋求发展。马克思主义哲学的以实践为基础的认识论要求坚持实践思维,实践思维要求我们掌握合理的实践方法,即具有做事的意识,具有科学的实践操作能力。马克思主义哲学的历史唯物主义要求我们树立社会结构思维与过程思维,把社会结构思维转化为领导干部的工作方法,就要做到运用权力结构和权力运作方式来分析今天我们工作中的问题。马克思主义哲学的人论内在要求树立人本思维,运用人本思维指导工作,需要把握以下四种工作方法:一是了解下属基本需·求·,尊重人的正当利益;二是合理配置人力资源,为下属充分发挥能·力·提供公平的机会与舞台;三是注重与下属·平等·协商;四是尊重下属的创造个性与个·性·差异。
Philosophy is to explore the nature and laws of things and to provide knowledge, wisdom and methods for people’s work and life. Marxist philosophy is a way of thinking to analyze and solve problems. It has five basic perspectives and methods to fully view things with Marxist philosophy. The historical materialism of Marxist philosophy requires us to establish social structural thinking and process thinking and transform social structural thinking into the working methods of leading cadres so that we can analyze the problems in our work today by using the power structure and the mode of operation of power.
