在现今企业发展建设中,预算管理是一项非常重要的工作,且同企业组织机构间具有非常密切的关联。为适应组织转型下的预算管理要求,就需要我们能够对以往传统的预算管理模式进行积极的更新与改革,以此使企业的综合实力能够得到提升。在本文中,将就组织转型视角的企业预算管理责任层级体系重构进行一定的探讨。
In the current enterprise development and construction, budget management is a very important task and has a very close relationship with the organizational structure of enterprises. In order to meet the budget management requirements under the organizational transformation, we need to be able to actively update and reform the traditional budget management model so that the overall strength of enterprises can be improved. In this article, we will discuss the reconstruction of the responsibility system of the enterprise budget management from the perspective of organizational transformation.
