目的探究广州市某污水处理厂职业病危害控制效果,保护劳动者身体健康。方法依据相关法律法规和标准,对该污水处理厂进行职业卫生现场调查,对职业病危害现状进行评价。结果该污水处理厂主要的职业病危害因素为硫化氢、氨、甲醛、氯、氯化氢、三甲胺、噪声、高温、粉尘。对8个工作场所的化学物质进行检测,其中甲醛合格率为93.8%,氯化氢合格率为96.3%,噪声合格率为87.5%,高温合格率为60.0%。结论该污水处理厂的职业病危害以高温最为严重,污水处理厂应将高温作为职工职业防护的关键点;应做好噪声防护工作,兼顾有害毒物的控制工作。
Objective To explore the control effect of occupational hazards in a sewage treatment plant in Guangzhou and to protect the health of laborers. Methods Based on the relevant laws, regulations and standards, this WWTP was surveyed on site for occupational health and the status of occupational diseases was evaluated. Results The main occupational hazards of the WWTP were hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, formaldehyde, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, trimethylamine, noise, heat and dust. The chemical substances in 8 workplaces were tested. The pass rate of formaldehyde was 93.8%, the pass rate of hydrogen chloride was 96.3%, the pass rate of noise was 87.5% and the passing rate of high temperature was 60.0%. Conclusion The occupational hazards of the WWTP are the most serious at high temperature. WWTPs should regard the high temperature as the key point for the occupational protection of workers and workers. Noise protection should be well done and the control of harmful and poisonous substances should be taken into consideration.
