目的通过测定血浆血栓素B2(TXB2),6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-k-F1α)及血浆内皮素(ET)水平来观察2型糖尿病病人血管内皮功能的损伤,探讨两者的相关性。方法54例2型糖尿病患者和64例正常对照者,测定血浆ET,TXB2和6-k-F1α浓度。结果2型糖尿病组ET和TXB2与正常对照组比较,有极显著差异(P<0.01),6-k-F1α显著增高(P<0.05)。各参数间相关性分析显示:ET与TXB2,ET与6-k-F1α和TXB2与6-k-F1α呈明显正相关(r分别为0.199,0.189,0.670)。结论测定血浆ET,TXB2和6-k-F1可了解2型糖尿病患者血管损伤情况。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of TXB2, 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto-prostaglandin F1α) and plasma endothelin (ET) on the endothelial dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus Sex. Methods 54 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 64 normal controls were enrolled in this study. Plasma concentrations of ET, TXB2 and 6-k-F1α were measured. Results Compared with the normal control group, the ET and TXB2 levels in type 2 diabetic patients were significantly different (P <0.01) and 6-k-F1α significantly increased (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between ET, TXB2, ET, 6-k-F1α, TXB2 and 6-k-F1α (r = 0.199,0.189,0.670, respectively). Conclusion Plasma levels of ET, TXB2 and 6-k-F1 can be measured in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
