故障现象:开机后,透视无异常,但当按下点片曝光预备闸时,无规律出现OVER灯亮现象,不能进行点片。此时检查控制台面板,点片KV、mA、时间都在负载允许范围内,而且在能进行点片时,mAS指示值与预示值一致,透视时KV、mA表无异常指示。 根据电路原理图,OVER指示灯亮有下述几种情况:1.主可控硅击穿;2.mA控制电路中的主昌体管击穿或整流二极管击穿;3.由于X线管损坏,高压电缆击穿而引起大mA或mAS;4.由于设置的X线条件超过负载范围;5.电源调节轮或R-KV到了上下限极限位。 故障分析:根据粗略检查和透视无异常情况,可以断定故障不出现在以上1、2、3、4所表述的情况,打开控制台,检查电源及R-KV调节轮都不在极限位置,那么故障只能出现在控制电路上,可以观察继电器动作情况。

Because the set X-ray conditions exceed the load range; 5. The power adjustment wheel or R-KV to the upper and lower limit limit. Failure analysis: According to the rough inspection and perspective without exception, it can be concluded that the fault does not appear in the above 1, 2, 3, 4 described, open the console, check the power supply and R-KV adjustment wheel are not in the limit position, then the fault Can only appear on the control circuit, you can observe the relay action.
