加入世贸组织后,国际上通行的地理标志产品保护制度在我国也备受推崇,越来越多的地方特产都在积极申办国家地理标志产品保护。本文主要介绍我国原产地保护制度的发展状况,以及原产地保护技术对于我国地域经济的影响。地理标志产品保护制度的实施,在推广地域精品、保护地域品牌、提高地域产品竞争力等方面都发挥了不可替代的作用。
Accession to the WTO, the internationally accepted system of protection of geographical indication products is also highly respected in our country, more and more local specialty products are actively bidding for the protection of national geographical indication products. This article mainly introduces the development of the system of protection of origin in our country and the impact of the technology of origin protection on the regional economy of our country. The implementation of the GI protection system has played an irreplaceable role in promoting local products, protecting local brands and enhancing the competitiveness of local products.
