目的研究盘龙七的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从盘龙七甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)(、+)-儿茶素(3)、熊果苷(4)、6-O-没食子酰基熊果苷(5)、岩白菜素(6)、豆甾醇(7)、没食子酸(8)、没食子酸甲酯(9)、琥珀酸(10)、大黄素甲醚(11)、山柰酚(12)、4-O-没食子酰岩白菜素(13)、阿福豆苷(14)。结论化合物7~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Panlongqi. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified from Panax notoginseng methanol extract, which were β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), catechin, arbutin, 6-O-galloyl arbutin (5), Bergenin (6), stigmasterol (7), gallic acid (8), methyl gallate (9), succinic acid (11), kaempferol (12), 4-O-gallicin-Bergenin (13) and affumarate (14). Conclusion Compounds 7-14 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
