给大鼠单独或同时灌胃氯化甲基汞和亚硒酸钠10周,观察到甲基汞在大鼠体内呈不均匀分布,蓄积顺序基本上是毛>肝>肾>脑。同时表明,加硒未明显改变甲基汞在大鼠体内的分布,由此可推测,硒的保护作用不是影响甲基汞的吸收和排泄。实验也表明,加硒对甲基汞所致中毒性脑损伤有保护作用。
Rats were given either methylmercuric chloride or sodium selenite singly or simultaneously for 10 weeks. Methylmercury was observed to be unevenly distributed in the rat body. The order of accumulation was essentially hair> liver> kidney> brain. At the same time, Selenium did not significantly change the distribution of methylmercury in rats. It can be inferred that the protective effect of selenium does not affect the absorption and excretion of methylmercury. Experiments also showed that adding selenium methylmercury-induced toxic brain injury have a protective effect.
