本文给出一种根据牙轮钻头结构参数间的几何关系分别计算牙轮半径,牙爪轴倾角,牙掌基准尺寸,牙轮背锥角和钻头直径的方法及程序。利用此方法和程序可确定钻头几何参数间的相互影响,以便在设计中进行最佳几何参数的选择。所用程序用Basic语言编写,程序语句较少,利用运算速度较低,存储量少的普通袖珍计算机就可在短时间内完成计算,并达到足够的计算精确度。
This paper presents a method and program for calculating the cone radius, the axis of tooth axis, the standard size of the tooth palms, the cone angle of the cone and the diameter of the drill bit according to the geometrical relationship between the parameters of the cone bit. Use this method and procedure to determine the interaction between bit geometry parameters for optimal geometry selection in your design. The program used in the preparation of the Basic language, fewer programming statements, the use of lower computational speed, less storage of ordinary pocket computer can be calculated in a short period of time, and to achieve sufficient computational accuracy.
