最近,国务院批转了经贸部《关于进一步清理整顿各类对外经济贸易公司的意见》。这是根据《中共中央、国务院关于进一步清理整顿公司的决定》,针对当前各类对外经贸公司的实际状况,为治理对外经贸环境,整顿对外经贸秩序,加强进出口商品流通管理,保障外贸体制改革顺利进行,所下发的又一个指导性文件。它对于促进我国对外经济贸易的健埭发展,具有十分重要的意义。
Recently, the State Council has approved the “Opinions on Further Revising and Refining Various Foreign Economic and Trading Companies” of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Trade.
