对空空导弹科研外包“五性”管理存在的问题进行了研究,并提出了加强科研外包“五性”管理的具体措施。通过健全组织、加强考核等方法提升科研外包单位“五性”管理水平,使科研外包单位从设计开始就引入“五性”管理,做好“五性”的顶层策划、管理、设计与分析、试验与验证工作,可以保证科研外包产品的“五性”水平。
