AIRE是一种自身免疫性调节因子,由于它可能在中枢和外周免疫应答中起非常重要的调节作用,近年来受到越来越多的关注。本文就AIRE的结构和功能、AIRE基因的表达及其与自身免疫性疾病的关系等研究进展作一简单综述。
AIRE is an autoimmune regulator, which has attracted more and more attention in recent years because of its important regulatory role in central and peripheral immune responses. This article briefly reviews the research progress on the structure and function of AIRE, the expression of AIRE gene and its relationship with autoimmune diseases.
