四川地区膏盐层广泛分布 ,膏盐层蠕变挤毁套管的客观条件是存在的。但是实钻资料表明 ,四川地区膏盐层套管挤毁现象需要满足一定条件才会发生。根据实钻资料和盐岩蠕变实验数据 ,利用相关分析方法 ,就四川地区膏盐层对套管的影响问题进行研究 ,指出大厚度、高纯度盐岩和非均布地应力以及不当的工程措施是蠕变挤毁套管的基本条件。分析结果为解决套管挤毁问题提供了良好的基础。
The gypsum salt layer in Sichuan is widely distributed, and the objective conditions for the creep of the gypsum salt layer to collapse the casing exist. However, the actual drilling data show that the phenomenon of casing salt crust collapse in Sichuan need to meet certain conditions will happen. Based on the data of actual drilling and the experimental data of salt rock creep, the influence of gypsum layer on the casing in Sichuan area was studied by using the correlation analysis method. It is pointed out that large thickness, high purity salt rock and non-uniform ground stress and improper engineering measures Creep is the basic conditions for casing collapse. The analysis results provide a good foundation for solving the casing collapse problem.
