最近发现多例盐水封隔液中抗腐蚀合金(CRA)油管柱因应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)而失效,这是因为早期研究只重视盐水液和普通的抗腐蚀合金(CRA)而不注重加在盐水中的防腐剂和从油管与封隔器连接处泄漏的酸气的影响。试验研究表明,在混有CO2和H2S的盐水中,即使在中温下13Cr和22Cr合金也易受应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)的影响,但是高含镍合金,例如合金825,抗SCC性能非常强。
