1983年在天山乌鲁木齐河源l号冰川人工冰洞内曾对冰内过程进行多项自的系统观测研究。其中,应力和应变的研究是在假定变形发生在一个主平面上和假定观测部分冰的变形为均匀变形这样两个前提下进行的。为了验证均匀变形假定的可靠性,1984年在原有观测断面上,专门作了非均匀变形的观测研究。结果表明,均匀变形假定的误差甚小,一般小于10%,可以广泛采用。这对于冰川动力学研究,无疑有重要贡献。
In 1983, in the artificial ice cave of No. 1 glacier in the source of Urumqi River in Tianshan Mountain, a number of self-system observations of the in-ice process were conducted. Among them, the study of stress and strain is performed under the assumption that the deformation occurs on one principal plane and the deformation of the observed part of the ice is uniformly deformed. In order to verify the reliability of the assumption of uniform deformation, in 1984, on the original observation section, observations of non-uniform deformation were made. The results show that the error of the assumption of uniform deformation is very small, generally less than 10%, and can be widely used. This is undoubtedly an important contribution to the study of glacial dynamics.
