目的研究舟山海岛地区急性白血病表面抗原表达和免疫亚型分布情况。方法采用CD45侧散射(SSC)设门方法对94例白血病患者进行白血病细胞表面分化抗原分析。结果94例急性白血病分型可分为3型:急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)占31.91%(30例),急性髓细胞白血病(AML)占65.96%(62例),急性杂合型白血病占2.13%(2例)。在62例AML中CD13和/或CD33最常见,有20例表达淋系标记;30例ALL中CD3、CD19最常见,有15例表达髓系标记。结论免疫分型能提高急性白血病诊断的准确性,对急性白血病的治疗和判断预后有重要作用。
Objective To study the distribution of surface antigens and immunological subtypes of acute leukemia in Zhoushan Island. Methods CD45 side scatter (SSC) portal approach was used to analyze the leukemia cell surface differentiation antigen in 94 patients with leukemia. Results 94 cases of acute leukemia were divided into 3 types: acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) accounted for 31.91% (30 cases), acute myeloid leukemia (AML) accounted for 65.96% (62 cases), acute heterozygous leukemia accounted for 2.13 % (2 cases). The CD13 and / or CD33 were the most common in 62 cases of AML, and 20 cases were lymph node markers. The CD3 and CD19 were the most common in 30 ALL cases, and the myeloid markers in 15 cases. Conclusion Immunophenotyping can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of acute leukemia and play an important role in the treatment and prognosis of acute leukemia.
