目的了解江苏某高校在校大学生对寨卡病毒的知识、态度和行为情况及影响因素,为高校开展寨卡病毒相关知识的健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,自行设计有关寨卡病毒相关知识的问卷。结果共发放问卷1000份,回收有效问卷991份。寨卡病毒的知晓率为11.50%。多因素分析结果提示就读年级和专业背景是寨卡病毒相关知识正答率的影响因素(P<0.05)。对艾滋病、寨卡病毒、乙肝相关知识的知晓率分别为80.6%、11.5%和8.7%。结论该校大学生对寨卡病毒相关知识的知晓率较低,迫切需要开展寨卡病毒病等传染病相关的健康教育与知识普及,增强防范意识,为有效预防新发传染病的流行提供准备。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude, behavior and influencing factors of Zika virus in college students in a certain university in Jiangsu Province and to provide a scientific basis for the health education of Zika virus related knowledge in colleges and universities. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to design a questionnaire about Zika virus-related knowledge. Results A total of 1000 questionnaires were distributed and 991 valid questionnaires were collected. The awareness of Zika virus was 11.50%. The result of multivariate analysis indicated that the grade and professional background were the influencing factors of the positive rate of Zika virus (P <0.05). The awareness rates of AIDS, Zika virus and hepatitis B related knowledge were 80.6%, 11.5% and 8.7% respectively. Conclusions The undergraduates’ awareness of Zika virus-related knowledge is low, so there is an urgent need to popularize health education and knowledge related to Zika virus disease and other infectious diseases, enhance their prevention awareness and provide preparation for effectively preventing the spread of newly-occurring infectious diseases.
