本文根据国家和地区规范、规程的相关规定,对深圳拟建第一高建筑(99层,高439m)桩(墩)基础微风化岩承载力特征值取值进行了计算。由计算结果可知,在同一孔径、桩长条件下,桩和墩其承载力特征值有1:0.56~1:0.70的关系,是混凝土强度设计值(桩身混凝土按C30)的1.2~2.0倍;另参考相关硬质岩石上桩的静载试验结果,提出该工程桩(墩)基础设计单桩承载力特征值建议按桩身混凝土强度控制的结论。
In this paper, according to the national and regional norms and regulations of the relevant provisions of the proposed first high-rise building in Shenzhen (99 layers, high 439m) pile (pier) bearing capacity of micro-weathered rock characteristic values were calculated.
