采用激光熔覆方法在汽轮机叶片材料0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb(17-4PH)沉淀硬化不锈钢表面制备Co基合金涂层,并研究其在蒸馏水和3%NaCl溶液中的空蚀行为.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析熔覆层的显微组织及元素分布并跟踪观察空蚀后试样表面的形貌;用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和显微硬度计分别检查空蚀前后熔覆层的相组成和横截面的硬度变化.结果表明:在17-4PH不锈钢表面采用激光熔覆制备的Co基合金熔覆层具有非常优异的抗空蚀性能,这与熔覆层组织中碳化物骨架的强化作用以及空蚀过程中发生的应变诱发马氏体相变密切相关.
Co-based alloy coatings were prepared by laser cladding on 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb (17-4PH) precipitation-hardened stainless steel blades of steam turbine blades, and the cavitation erosion behaviors of the coatings were investigated in distilled water and 3% NaCl solution by scanning electron microscopy EDS was used to analyze the microstructure and elemental distribution of the cladding layer and to observe the morphology of the surface after the cavitation erosion.
