From November 21st to 23rd, 2007, the Beijing Convention Center and the Beijing Second Primary and Secondary School Moral Education Work Conference were held. This conference is one of the important measures taken by the Municipal Committee of Education Committee and the Municipal Board of Education to rapidly implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Party, as well as the full implementation of the “Beijing ” Eleventh Five-Year“ Education Development Plan” and "Strengthen Minors’ Thought. An important meeting of various moral education tasks put forward in the Action Plan for Moral Education Work (2005-2010) is the integration of the city’s education system.
