近年来一直在上海大规模收购各类物业的房地产投资基金摩根士丹利,日前在上海买下一块商业用地,直接开发。国际投资基金破天荒“变身”开发商是国内房地产行业剧变的缩影:中小企业在频频卖地、出让股份,境外资金则乘机加紧收购、储备一、二线城市的土地和项目。业内人士判断,未来外资并购内地房地产行业的势头愈加迅猛,在国内高端地产行业将愈来愈具有话语权。
